Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP as well as hapless dad Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I post about my daily life, positive and negative. My parents took my family to America in 1990, when I was only one and a half years old. I would not be able to share my story to you now if my parents didn't work to the max and sacrifice. My parents were my inspiration and helped me become prosperous. I had a plan to go to school, graduate and get an excellent job. Then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. That was my ideal of what it would take to be successful. But life had other thoughts. My corporate job in 2013 was a job I hated. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I believed that I was wasting away my time to make a living. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I discovered that personal training was the career path I was looking for. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help people. The business I started was in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. My goal in this industry is to help create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that meets the needs of my clients. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve the goals they set, pursue their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced the biggest loss in my life, my mother's loss of life. She won her eight year battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. The lessons of life can be hidden from us however they are extremely useful. Many ways, the loss of my mother affected me in many ways. I truly believe she offered me another chance to live through her demise. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also give me a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. In the 30's I am more alive than ever. It is true that I live now and not just surviving as I did before. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the greatest wealth. Only one life is yours. I want you to be the best version of yourself.

I worked for months, working 12- hour days cleaning floors and tear down wallpaper one child strapped on my back while the other babies were crawling into the playpen. Ha!
